Hello, and welcome to the Mini Lair blog! I’m happy to have you join me as I tell the ongoing tale of my adventures in tabletop gaming.
Speaking of which, there is a lot on the crafting desk right now… I’m knee-deep in Saga armies, from Vikings to magical heroes of Greek myth. I’m also excited to playtest Guards of Traitor’s Toll, a new-ish fantasy game by Gray For Now Games, for which I just finished assembling some models. Making a complete 180°, I’m partway through painting a Haqqislam force for Infinity, which I started putting together back in N4. I’ll spare myself the shame responsibility of listing everything on the ol’ pile of opportunity, but suffice to say my gaming interests are… eclectic. Unique? They’re certainly something.
My plans may be grander than my attention span, but in this moment I am sincere in my belief that I will post at least some content sometimes. And anything goes where that’s concerned. You may see painting tutorials, product reviews, or even the occasional batrep — for the uninitiated, that’s short for battle report: a sort of play-by-play of an actual game session. Regardless, you can expect plenty of pictures to fill in the gaps where imagination (or my writing) fails.
So with all that said, I had better get started doing something worth blogging about. I’ll see you in the next one!
